Privacy Policy
What is stored, and where
Your training log (exercises, levels, sets, weights, reps, timestamps) is stored only on your own device — in browser or app storage. None of it is ever sent to a server: the app has no server at all.
The watch (Wear OS)
If you use the companion app for the watch, the workout snapshot and your logged sets are exchanged directly between the phone and the watch over Bluetooth. That data never leaves your own devices and never passes through a cloud.
What the app does not have
No account and no login, no analytics and no ad modules, no third-party trackers, no data sharing with anyone.
Device permissions
Notifications and vibration are used only for the rest-timer signal — never for tracking. The app requests no exact-alarm permission.
How to delete your data
Uninstalling the app or clearing your browser data wipes the log completely. Before that you can export it to a file — the “Export log” button on the home screen.
